پوریا‌منصوری – جام ورزش – کرمانشاه و هیات کاراته استان طی روز‌های ۱۰ الی ۱۷ مرداد ماه ۱۴۰۲ میزبانی مرحله اول کاراته‌وان کشوری را به عهده داشت و این مسابقات در دو بخش آقایان و بانوان در سالن شهید بهشتی مجموعه ورزشی آزادی برگزار شد.
در طی برگزاری مسابقات و پس از پایان آن مطالب متنوعی در بُعد فنی و خبری این رویداد منتشر شد و بسیاری به حضور بیش از چهار، پنج هزار نفر از هموطنانمان در استان کرمانشاه، یا شرکت ۲۵۰
کاراته‌کا کرمانشاهی در این تورنومنت اشاره کردند.
هرچند درخشش ورزشکارانی همچون امیر برزویی، رضا بشارتی‌کیا، جواد صفری، امیر‌حسین کولانی و …
در بخش آقایان و خانم‌ها رومینا ویسی، غزل کریمی و دیگر دختران قابل توجه و تقدیر است و باید از زحمات مربیان ستاره سازی مثل مسلم‌زین‌الدینی و افتخاری به نام حمید فرهادی بسیار ممنون بود، اما به زوایای دیگه این رویداد هم باید پرداخته شود.
کرمانشاه طی سالیان اخیر رویداد‌های بزرگی همچون جام‌جهانی و مسابقات جام‌تختی در رشته کشتی، مسابقات بین‌المللی شطرنج( که چهره‌ی سرشناسی مثل احسان‌قائم مقامی در آن حضور داشته‌است)، مسابقات بین‌المللی صخره‌نوردی و پاراگلایدر و …
را میزبانی کرده است و اما باید پذیرفت هیچ کدام از نظر تعداد شرکت کننده، مسابقه برگزار شده و نفرات ورودی به استان همچون این رقابت‌های کاراته وان نبوده است.
قطعا از نظر بزرگی و اعتبار، مسابقات جام‌جهانی کشتی رویدادی فراموش نشدنی بود و در جام تختی بزرگان زیاد پای به کرمانشاه گذاشتند اما این مسابقات کاراته هم به عنوان انتخابی تیم ملی تلقی شد و رنکینگ مسابقات در دعوت نفرات به اردو‌های تیم‌ملی تاثیر گذار است و شاید اگر کاراته همچون رشته کشتی مورد علاقه عموم کرمانشاهی بود، قطعا این میزبانی نمود بیشتری پیدا می‌کرد.
میزبانی چنین رویدادی آن‌هم با این تعداد نفرات شرکت کننده کار آسانی نبوده و باید به هیات کاراته استان تبریک گفت که موفق شد با نیرو‌های اجرایی که از جنس خود این ورزش بودند توانست میزبانی آبرومندی را داشته باشد و از همه مهم‌تر اینکه نسبت به سال گذشته که برای اولین بار کرمانشاه میزبانی کاراته‌وان را پذیرفت، پیشرفت‌های چشم‌گیری در امر برگزاری مسابقات دیده شد و انسجام و نظم حاکم نشان داد به سطح استاندارد نزدیک‌تر شد‌ه‌اند.
از طرفی دیگر توانمندی نیرو‌های جوان این رشته در اجرای وظایف محوله و مدیریت آنها هم از نقاط مثبتی بود که طی این میزبانی به چشم آمد و همدلی ایجاد شده در بین جامعه کاراته و سبک‌های مختلف آن به واسطه این میزبانی می‌تواند الگوی خوبی برای سایر رشته‌ها در پذیرش میزبانی‌های بزرگ باشد.
ارتباط خوب و تعامل اعضای هیات کاراته با فدراسیون‌نشینان، مدیر و سکان‌داران کاراته دیگر استان‌ها هم می‌توان نقطه عطف عملکرد کاراتگی پوشان کرمانشاهی برشمرد که در پیشرفت کاراته کرمانشاه و تصاحب کرسی‌های احتمالی فدراسیون در آینده می‌تواند تاثیر بسزایی داشته باشد.
اما تمام آنچه گفته شد نباید به سپری برای پنهان شدن نواقص و کمبودهای زیر‌ساختی و اجرایی ورزش استان تبدیل شود و در کنار افتخار به این میزبانی با امکانات موجود، باید به فکر بروز کردن امکانات و تلاش برای رسیدن به سطح میزبانی‌های بزرگتر باشیم.
بی‌پرده باید گفت اماکن ورزشی ما در استان نیازمند بازسازی، تعمیر و تجهیز بوده و ادامه حیات ورزش کرمانشاه محتاج به امکانات سخت افزاری است و اوضاع در این راستا به هیچ وجه مناسب نبوده و نسبت به استان‌هایی که بدنبال کسب منافع ورزشی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و حتی سیاسی از راه ورزش هستند، قابل مقایسه نیست.
همین سالن شهید بهشتی که رشته‌های بسیاری از آن بهره می‌برند و می‌تواند در میزبانی‌ها مورد استفاده قرار بگیرد، نمونه‌ای از اماکن و مجموعه‌های ورزشی استان است که از نظر نور، کف‌پوش، وسایل سرمایشی و گرمایشی و … به شدت نیازمند بازسازی و رسیدگی است.
کرمانشاه به لحاظ موقعیت جغرافیایی، تاریخی، فرهنگی و … پتانسیل بسیار بالایی برای یک میزبان جذاب در رویداد‌های کشور دارد و و در بحث توریسم ورزشی بهره‌وری از این ظرفیت بالقوه باید مورد توجه تمامی دستگاه‌های اجرایی با محوریت و هماهنگی اداره‌کل ورزش و جوانان باشد.
کسب میزبانی‌ها می‌تواند اعتبار زیادی را به کرمانشاه و ورزش آن ببخشد و به رشد و افزایش ورزشکاران ملی و ظهور استعداد‌هایمان کمک کند، همانطور که در کاراته وان سال گذشته شاهد درخشش استعداد‌هایی بودیم که امسال ستاره مسابقات بودند.
از سوی دیگر تربیت و آموزش افراد اجرایی در بحث میزبانی باید با جدیت در دستور کار اداره ورزش و جوانان و هیات‌های ورزشی قرار بگیرد چرا که این افراد و ارتباط‌شان با مهمانان ورزشی آنها را در قامت سفیران فرهنگی کرمانشاه قرار می‌دهد و صد البته حضور در رویداد‌های دیگر استان‌ها بر تجربیات آنها خواهد افزود.
در پایان بازهم باید به آتش‌فشان پر خروش استعداد‌های ورزشی استان اشاره کرد و تاکید کنیم ورزش حوزه‌ای توانمندی در کاهش مشکلات اجتماعی و فرهنگی حاکم بر کرمانشاه است و باید خیلی جدی‌تر به فکر فراهم کردن زیر‌ساخت‌های مناسب و استاندارد باشیم.
